Nick Parnell is Australia’s most exciting young concert percussionist. A leader of the new generation of performers, Nick breaks traditional boundaries exploring the world music and performing works by Bach and Chopin on percussion. Winner of the 2001 International Melbourne Percussion Competition. His explosive energy and precision on instruments including marimba, vibraphone, drums, gongs and cymbals, have fascinated and enchanted audiences throughout Australia, Asia and the UK.
Nick transcends musical boundaries with the warm, soothing sounds of the vibes, combined exquisitely with concert piano to present the world's most loved classical masterpieces. Dorothy the Dinosaur’s Travelling Show!
You won’t believe your eyes! For the first time ever, Dorothy will have her own plane to travel around the world in search of the perfect rose!
Dorothy wants to find the perfect rose to make the best ever rosy-posy pie.
You’ll see the fairies castle live on stage and of course, you’ll sing and dance along with Fairy Clare, Fairy Larissa, Captain Feathersword, Wags the Dog and Henry the Octopus with your favourite Wiggly songs and some brand new tunes as well.

Pianist Kristian Chong is rapidly establishing himself as one of Australia's leading musicians. Performances have taken him throughout Australia and the UK, and also in China, France, Hong Kong, Taiwan, USA, and Zimbabwe. His many competition successes include winning the Symphony Australia Young Performers Award, and the Australian National Piano Award.

Performance highlights have included the Rachmaninoff 3rd piano concerto with the Sydney Symphony, the Rachmaninoff Rhapsody on a theme by Paganini with the Beijing International Festival Chorus Orchestra, and the Britten Piano Concerto and Britten's Young Apollo with the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra. Recent concerto highlights include Mozart's Concerto for two pianos with Caroline Almonte and the Beethoven's Emperor and Saint-Saens 2nd piano concertos in the UK, Beethoven's 2nd concerto with the Canberra Symphony Orchestra, and Shostakovich 2nd & Beethoven's Emperor concertos in Melbourne.

Kristian is a keen supporter of new Australian music, having played works recently by composers such as Michael Kieran Harvey, Raymond Chapman-Smith, Graeme Koehne, Julian Yu, Andrew Schultz and Carl Vine. He performs regularly for contemporary music group 'The Firm'.

Currently Kristian is based in Melbourne but until recently was based in London, where has completed studies at the Royal Academy of Music with pianists Christopher Elton and Piers Lane.
